Cancelation Policy
When booking an appointment, we will securely keep a credit card on file for every client.
For cancellations with more than a 24-hour notice, there will be no fee.
For no shows, there will be a $99 non-refundable fee.
For late arrivals of more than 10 minutes, we will consider that a no show and there will be a $99 non-refundable fee.
For cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice, there will be a $99 non-refundable fee.
For your first $99 cancellation fee can be used for a service done within the next 30 days. Please remember that the allowance is only for your first cancellation.
We are a small business and we incur a loss for all cancellations made within 24 hours. We keep our policy universal regardless of the cancellation reason, including sickness. Please decide to choose us knowing that we expect you to pay the $99 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours and not come in if you are sick. Please do not request waivers for the cancellation fee.
