Refund Policy

TREATMENTS 

 

All treatments, procedures and or pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Packages must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Credit from pre-paid treatments, procedures and or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatments(s) or product(s) only at management’s discretion.

PRODUCTS

Most of the products sold in our practice are considered medical grade products. Most products cannot be purchased over the counter at retail stores or even at pharmacies. Some products are actual medications. It is against the law to take a prescription medication return. Due to this, returns are not accepted under any circumstance. This includes allergic reaction, irritation, or any other reason. Therefore it is imperative that you understand this policy and are aware of this at the time of purchase.

All services rendered, including injectable treatments and aesthetic procedures, are considered final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of the treatments and the variability of individual results.

While we strive to achieve desired outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results and clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to reach their desired aesthetic goals.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • Gift Cards:

    Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used towards services at The Well.
